Dane L. Vincent
Dane Vincent is a former principal with Celebration Associates, LLC,
a nationally recognized developer and advisor to award-winning, large-scale master planned communities along the east coast. While with Celebration Associates, he worked with the team that created such endearing communities as;
- Governors Club and Village in Chapel Hill, NC: 2,000 acres with 1,200 home sites in a privately gated community
surrounding a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus signature course and Governors Village, a neo-traditionally designed mixed-use community of over 700 homes.
- Homestead Preserve: a conservation-based development in Bath County Virginia, with over 11,500 acres surrounding
The Homestead Resort and Spa, which is recognized as one of the top five golf resorts and one of the oldest resorts in North America.
- Baxter Village: a mixed use neo-traditional community in Ft. Mill, South Carolina.
- Bundoran Farm: a 2,300 acre conservation development in Charlottesville, Virginia
- Mt. Washington Hotel & Resort: a ski and golf resort in Bretton Woods, NH at the base of Mt. Washington
While with Celebration Associates, Dane also served on advisory assignments for:
- Daufuskie Island Club & Resort.
- Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia
- The Pinehurst Company
Dane also served in the various roles as chief financial officer, project manager, and broker-in-charge for the majority of the projects above.
Before joining Celebration Associates, Dane was
- Partner with Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, a leading national firm which offers financial services to both public and private companies.
- Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Texfi Industries, Inc., a publicly traded textile and apparel manufacturer with revenues exceeding $300 million,
where he helped raise in excess of $200 million in capital through numerous stock, bond and bank offerings.
Early in his career, Dane worked in public accounting in the Raleigh, North Carolina, and in Richmond,
Virginia with the offices of Ernst & Young, providing audit, tax and computer audit services to manufacturing,
banking, software, and non-profit clients. While with Ernst & Young, Dane served such clients as Reynolds Metals and Wintergreen Resort.
Dane holds a B.A. in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
